MT-10
A modern multi-tool for the everyday utilitarian.
Designed as a minimal, premium reinterpretation of the classic Swiss Army Knife, the MT-10 blends functionality with refined aesthetics. Its form is influenced by the visual language of contemporary industrial brands like Teenage Engineering, CW&T, and Craighill, aiming for a balance of precision, durability, and understated elegance.
I set out to imagine a product I’d genuinely want to own—and designed not only the object itself but also the type of ad I could see it living in.
Every asset was built completely from scratch.
My Workflow:
-Modeling: Created the multi-tool in Plasticity.
-Branding: Designed the visual identity in Illustrator.
-3D & Rendering: Applied textures, staged lighting, and simulated physics in Cinema 4D.
-Audio: Composed the background track using Gradient Synth on my iPhone.
-Post-Production: Composited moving text and sound effects in After Effects.
